Summerset Street
Here the customer was looking for a full house renovation and was planning on selling the property. After deciding on taking a different builder due to us being busy they regretted not waiting. having the other builders damage the kitchen and do poor quality of work along with not fixing the leaks in the walls and roof, we where left to clean up the mess. A good builder should always fix the leaks and stop the water coming in before looking at doing any other work especially painting.
Horsepool road
The one was done on a budget so we did the best we could with the cheap material that the client provided. we did everything on this property from a reroof and drive on the outside to new heating system, electrics and turning the kitchen and dinning room in to one open plan kitchen/dinner.
Wall removal and floor
They wanted to have the wall removed ready for the kitchen fitters to come in and fit the new kitchen.
We removed the wall between the kitchen and living room then.
we blocked up the backdoor in the kitchen so the kitchen could be extended and we releveled and tiled the floors in the kitchen toilet and conservatory making it one seamless room.
Kitchens

Bathrooms
Bathrooms can be a place you done know what the damage to the property is until you have it removed.
Make sure you have your bathroom checked if you think there is a leak as if you do not you may end up with a situation like this one where we had to remove the floor, luckily we got to the job in time and the floor joints where not damaged and it was just the floor boards/panels.
you may also want to check where your bathroom extractor fan vents to as this one like many i have done in the past as a electrician vented to the loft space and just sent all the damp in to the roof timbers.

Driveways and Paths
If you have a drive already but have more then one car then widening your drive might be the best way forward. This customer had quoted from other companies some would not take it on others quoted through the roof and other he just did not feel like they would do a good job. After seeing our work and finding out we did driveways too we got the job just when he had given up on finding a company to proceed with the works.

Solar

We are very competitive on prices of solar installations due to us being one of the installation contractors for other solar companies. One of our installers started installing solar panels in 2011 so has seen the industry change over the years.
With some solar installations we are able to save money on scaffolding by using our own access platform, when this is possible it also save you the headache of having scaffolding up for weeks and it potentially blocking your satellite dish signal.

If you don't use us make sure they cut the tiles around your brackets so they do not sit high and cause leaks.
Utility and Shower
They wanted the only cold utility room making part of the house and up dating the toilet.
We gave them the idea that they could add a downstairs shower as they are retired and may want it in the future, this idea was spoken about and explained that the room would be warm and feel part of the house once done as opposed to cold and feeling more like a outside shed.
After recycling the old back door that was never fitted well and never closed due to this, we split the garage off in a way this room was now warm without heating and felt like part of the kitchen.
With the added downstairs shower now being used as much as the upstairs one I think you can say they are please with this new area in there home.
